Return Policy :
Sonic Homework offers a 60-day, no-questions-asked return policy. If the buyer decides to return the items within 60 days of receipt, (except in the case of damaged items) Sonic Homework will issue a refund of the original purchase price upon receipt of the items. As long as the product is still sealed in the original packaging*, we can also pay for return shipping. If it's been removed from the original packaging, we will still accept a return, but the buyer will be responsible for shipping. The reason for this is that the foam expands once it's removed from the packaging, and if it doesn't fit back in the original box, the shipping costs will increase.
We can't accept returns after 7 days if the panels are cut, burned, torn, or in any other way damaged. The panels will probably be considered damaged if they were hung with adhesives and then removed – this can tear bits of foam from the panels! If you're unsure about your purchase, it's not a good idea to hang the panels with adhesives – pins might be best in that case.
I took it out of the packaging, and it's damaged! In the case of defective or damaged merchandise, Sonic Homework will pay shipping even if the item is removed from the packaging, but only for 7 days after receipt of the goods. The reason for having a 7-day limit is so we can be sure that it was damaged at the time of delivery, and not some time after.

If items are damaged, return within 7 days, Sonic Homework pays return shipping
Days are counted from day of receipt as reported by carrier (i.e. UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.)
*“In the original packaging” means that all bags inside the outermost package are still sealed. In other words, you can open the cardboard box or mailer bag, but can't open the bags that the actual items are in, if you need Sonic Homework to pay return shipping.

Introduction
Thank you for your recent purchase of Sonic Homework acoustic treatments. We believe we offer the highest quality product, and that is why we stand behind them with this warranty. Terms of this warranty are subject to change without notice.
Transferability of this Warranty
This warranty may not be transferred without the express written permission of Sonic Homework, LLC.
What Is Covered
We warrant that your Sonic Homework acoustic treatments panels are free from any manufacturing defects in material or workmanship.
Remedy
Should the Acoustic treatments be other than as warranted during the applicable warranty period, Sonic Homework, at its sole option, will repair or replace the defective elements of the acoustic treatments. Sonic Homework’s obligation, however, shall be subject to these limits:
1. Maximum repair or replacement cost to Sonic Homework shall be the replacement cost of the defective element and will not include any labor charges.
2. The settlement, described above, or at the option of Sonic Homework its monetary equivalent, will be the only remedy available to you for defective elements of the treatments.
Limitations
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE, AND WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE EXPRESS WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN UNLESS A SHORTER PERIOD IS PERMITTED BY LAW, SONIC HOMEWORK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR DAMAGE TO THE DWELLING OR OTHER STRUCTURE IN WHICH THE ACOUSTIC TREATEMENTS ARE INSTALLED, ITS CONTENTS OR ITS OCCUPANTS. THIS WARRANTY CONTAINS ALL OF THE PROVISIONS OF YOUR REMEDIES FROM SONIC HOMEWORK. LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PROVISION OF THIS WARRANTY, WHETHER ANY CLAIM AGAINST IT IS BASED UPON STRICT LIABILITY, NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER THEORY OR CAUSE OF ACTION.
