WHO IS COVERED
The original consumer purchaser only is entitled to the benefits of this warranty, without the express written permission of Sonic Homework LLC.

TRANSFERABILITY OF THIS WARRANTY
This warranty may not be transferred without the express written permission of Sonic Homework LLC.

HOW LONG YOU ARE COVERED
Sonic Homework acoustic treatments are covered by a ONE (1) year limited warranty.

WHAT IS COVERED
We warrant that your Sonic Homework acoustic treatments panels are free from any manufacturing defects in material or workmanship.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover any problems with nondefective acoustic treatments caused by conditions or handling beyond our control. Some examples of conditions not covered by this warranty include:

1. Acts of God, fire, flood, exposure to chemicals, exposure to water, physical abuse or misuse, improper installation.
2. Failure to store panels in a clean, dry area, enclosed and protected from the elements such as rain, snow and direct sunlight.
3. Panels being installed or stored in areas having extreme temperature or humidity (above 80% humidity or 100 degrees F).
4. Normal wear and tear, sustained deformation / crushing, or from exposure to smoke, fumes, leaks or vapors.
5. Alterations made after completion of the installation, including but not limited to, cutting, painting or application of cleaning solutions, coatings or other modifications.
6. Any Labor Charges.
7. Any costs that you incur in the course of installation or use of Sonic Homework acoustic treatments.
